Employer Branding

Recruiting the right specialists, retaining good employees at your company and building a strong employer brand - we help you plan and implement effective measures for your employer branding as well as positioning your company as an attractive employer on the labour market.

Finding and keeping talent.

Are you concerned about the search for new employees or the high staff turnover in your company? Employer branding is much more than a creative job advert. It is the strategic way to position your company as an attractive employer that stands out to potential applicants and retains existing employees in the long term.

We support you on your way to becoming an attractive and authentic employer brand. In doing so, we work from the inside out - we interview employees and together we formulate the employer promise, taking current trends and requirements into account. Based on this, we develop your employer brand strategy and define goals. This enables us to define, design and implement suitable measures.

We create a concrete communication plan and support you in prioritising the measures. From internal communication as the foundation for clearly communicating values to employees to recruitment campaigns, good HR marketing ensures that your employees are motivated and remain with the company in the long term, as well as finding suitable talent. .

Do you want satisfied, motivated employees and a positive corporate culture? Do you want to ensure that the values are not just empty phrases, but are actively lived? We would be happy to support you.

How we proceed

Here we illustrate the optimum procedure for a comprehensive employer branding project. Depending on your needs, individual modules can be realised individually. In an assignment, we take your needs into account, incorporate existing elements and only implement the steps relevant to your specific case.

Project planning

Together with you, we put together a powerful project team with representatives from all relevant areas or departments, define a project management team and plan a kick-off workshop.

Analysis

A survey of employees and a competitor and target group analysis serve as the basis. Based on a kick-off workshop, we create an interview guide, evaluate the surveys and analyse your image as an employer.

Positioning

We identify what makes you stand out as an employer and in which areas you want to differentiate yourself. We define the values that characterise your corporate culture and formulate your employer value proposition (EVP). The EVP forms the basis of the employer branding strategy.

Strategy development

Based on the analysis and the employer value proposition, we sharpen the target group and create personas to identify your future ideal employees. We set short and medium-term goals, develop a design concept for consistent visual communication and define concrete key figures for measuring success later on.

Action planning

Together we draw up a detailed plan with internal and external communication measures and process optimisations. The planning includes the selection of suitable communication channels, content planning and budgeting.

Implementation

We support you with the implementation of recruitment or internal image campaigns, help you optimise your career website or design attractive job advertisements.

Measuring success

By systematically measuring and optimising ongoing activities, we ensure that projects are implemented successfully in the long term. In order to guarantee a uniform employer presence, we ensure that your content, designs and messages are used consistently throughout.

Success factors

The management is behind the project and supports the project team unconditionally. Employees are involved in the design of your employer brand. You act authentically and deliver what you promise.

Would you like to know more about your potential and our offers? We look forward to hearing from you!
